I have experience with working with many different people using a variety of techniques and therapies. I will tailor your therapy to your individual requirements. I offer short and long term therapy, face to face or online.
I have experience working with anxiety, abuse, addiction, ADHD, ASD, bereavement, bullying, childhood issues, depression, domestic violence, health-related issues, identity, mental health, PTSD, relationships, sexual abuse, stress, suicide, trauma and work placed issues.
My Services
I began my career as a Counsellor in 1993 following the completion of an Honours Degree in Psychology. Then, I worked in the NHS as a Psychologist and following this, I retrained as a UKCP accredited Psychotherapeutic Counsellor. I have worked for addiction services, closed head injuries, mental health and forensic services. My psychotherapeutic model includes psychoanalytic, psychodynamic, person-centred, sensorimotor, systemic and self therapies, based in neuroscience.
